Returns and Refunds

If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return/refund process by emailing me at [email protected].

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I'll send you directions and a pre-addressed shipping label (customer pays shipping costs). Please do not send items back without contacting me first.

Custom and wholesale orders are not eligible for refund.

Damaged Products

If you suspect your order was sadly damaged in transit on its way to you, please take photos and send them to me at [email protected] so I can make it right!

Non-returnable Items
Because of sanitary issues, certain items cannot be returned once opened (skin care products such as soaps and lotions). Candles cannot be returned if they have been burned. Custom-ordered items are not eligible for return. I reserve the right to determine if your return request is acceptable or not.
